JIPL Rockwool Panel System

JIPL Rockwool Panel System comprises of pre-fabricated composite sandwich panels with high density Rockwool converted to Lamellar as core and profiled / plain colour coated Galvanised Steel / Galvalume steel sheet facing on both sides, complete with joint sealants and fixing ancillaries. These panels adopts fibrous rock wool as the core material, and color steel plate as its surface layers.

These panels are resin bonded slabs, which acts as good insulators for sandwich panel system. Moreover, our panels are manufactured using excellent basic material and have good thermal & acoustic properties. High in compression strength, these panels are recyclable, fire and water resistant. JIPL Rockwool Panels can be supplied in lengths upto 8.50mtr. and are available in a standard width of 1mtr. and in various thickness to suit the Industry requirements. Since JIPL Rockwool panels are fireproof, heat insulated and sound insulated, they are widely used to construct roofs and walls of industrial buildings and civil buildings. They are especially suitable for use in buildings that require a high degree of being fireproof.

JIPL Rockwool Panels come with concealed fixing system arrangement for cladding of buildings and with profiled sheets for Roofing and cladding applications. JIPL Rockwool Panels come with plain sheet with Tongue and Groove Joints for construction of hot rooms like Turbine Generator Buildings, DG set buildings, Driers, Ovens etc. There is high strength vesicant between rock wools and surfaces. This product is featured with full anti-firing, heat & sound insulation.
